Nutrition is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
Instead of doing a strict quick-fix diet I like to prefer focusing on doing small changes that will turn into good habits. My goal is to help you not only change habits but also maintain them. You will get access to many recipes in the app and get inspired to eat nutritious meals, that are still enjoyable. (Yes, ordinary meals like pizza or burgers - if you like - can be in your nutrition plan. No, it doesn't have to be that green stuff from my picture.)

While being your coach you will have access to the fitness app ABEL. Here you will find all of your personalised plans. You can track every workout or meal, see your progress, update measurements and even chat with me.
COACHING WITH ME
As your coach it is important to me to help you reach your goals and a balanced lifestyle. As everyone is different and has a different life, I focus on getting to know you as a person in order to create a personalised plan. Together we will design a workout plan that suits you and your goals. No matter if you would like to gain muscle, lose weight or you're just getting started with working out: I will adjust the plan to your preferences and help you stay motivated.
