Hello!

My name is Linn-Sophie, I'm a certified personal trainer, online coach and functional fitness trainer from Norway. I am a positive minded and caring person with a great interest in health and fitness.

I was born and raised in Germany but I am half Norwegian. In 2012 I moved to Norway and stayed there for 9 years. Currently I am living in Sweden with my boyfriend who is a Canadian hockey player, but we will move again soon due to his job. To see travel and weekly vlogs, feel free to follow me on YouTube!

In 2019 I finished my education as a personal trainer at Kristiania University College in Oslo. In addition I completed a nutrition course and a functional fitness course at Active Education. Since 2019 I have been working as a personal trainer at different gyms in Norway and in Sweden (SATS, ACTIC, Class Gym) and I started working as an online coach in 2020.

My main goal and philosophy as a coach is to motivate people to challenge themselves with the help of a positive mindset.
