1. What happens after I booked a free consultation with the contact form?

I will contact you per e-mail to find a time to schedule a video call with you. We will
then talk about your health and fitness goals together.

2. Why do we have to talk on a video call?
​
If you don't feel comfortable talking on video, we can either turn off the video and just talk on the phone or we can talk via e-mail. I personally think a video call is the best, because you we can see each other and get to know each other better than without hearing our voices or seeing the other person.

3. Does it cost something to download ABEL?
No, the app is free when you sign up for online coaching with me.

4. I would like to sign up for online coaching, but I can't afford it.
Feel free to book a free consultation after all and maybe we can find a solution together.

5. Who is online coaching for?
For anyone who would like to make a lifestyle change (over 18 years old). It doesn't matter if you would like to gain weight, lose weight, build muscle or if you just want to focus on nutrition and healthy habits.

6. Is one month of online coaching enough for me?
That depends on your goal. But it's better to start with one month to see how it goes and then you can add more months later if you want.

7. I have no experience and I never worked out at the gym. Can I still do online coaching?
Online coaching is perfect for you if you don't have any experience. We have all been there and started somewhere! I would love to help you getting started!

8. I have an injury, can you still be my coach?
It depends on what kind of injury you have. We should have a chat to see if you rather should see a physiotherapist or another specialist.
